FDA Safety Warning For Multaq, A Heart Rhythm Drug
According to news sources , the drug Multaq is getting a new safety warning after a study found increased risks of heart attack, stroke and death associated with the drug with a subset of patients that took part in the study. The heart rhythm drug controls the heart’s chambers by allowing them to pump in sync for patients with atrial fibrillation. CPSC Aims To Make Gel Fuels And Firepots Safer
According to news sources , The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is aiming to make gel fuels and firepots safer for consumers by voting to begin publishing advance notices of proposed rulemaking to the public. E&B Girftware Agrees To $550,000 Civil Penalty For Defective Product
According to news sources , the company E&B Giftware has reached a settlement agreement with The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission in which the former has agreed to pay a civil penalty totaling $550,000 for failing to report a defective fitness ball product.
